Do I need agricultural experience?
No. We match roles to your skills and provide training for field positions. Enthusiasm and reliability matter more than a CV.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
Most field roles ask for at least one season so community relationships stay stable. Skills-based volunteering can be more flexible.
Are volunteer roles paid?
Volunteer roles are unpaid. We cover field expenses (transport, meals) for program days where possible.
Can groups or companies volunteer?
Yes — we run corporate and group volunteer days. Use the contact form and mention your group size and dates.
Prefer to give instead?
Every shilling goes toward training, tools, and restoration in communities.
